GPI NEWS 12/1/10- GPI was the exclusive representative for the Montgomery County Board of Education in their efforts to relocate and consolidate their existing rental office space into one building or campus style setting.  On November 12, 2010 a lease agreement was fully executed between the Board of Education and Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) to lease 113,845 square feet of office space at 45 West Gude Drive in Rockville, Maryland.   5/15/10 - GPI issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of Montgomery Country Public Schools.
